Our Shipping charges:

Due to the perishable nature of our cheese and our concern for the quality of the shipment, orders ship via UPS Monday-Wednesday for 2-day delivery.   It is recommended that the recipient be notified of the delivery day in advance. The buyer may be responsible for costs associated with any reshipping.

A correct address is important! UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes or leave packages at apartment buildings.

The UPS tracking number will be emailed to the buyer. We are available to help with tracking orders by calling 800-762-6001 Monday through Friday, 9 am – 4pm Pacific time.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the collection and the state to which we’re shipping.
