Triple Crème Chocolate Tart

Triple Crème Chocolate Tartlet

Servings - 4

 

4 oz. of Rouge et Noir Triple Crème Brie

12 Tartlets of any type (savory, sweet, puff pastry, Filo, etc.)

Bittersweet chocolate chips or pieces

Helpful tools – melon baller, pastry bag and tip or squeeze bottle with tip

 

Fill tartlet ¾ full with triple cream Brie. (With or without rind).

Melt 60% -72% bittersweet chocolate and pipe over Brie to cover. Refrigerate 15 min to set chocolate.

Pipe star on top with softened Triple Crème Brie / no rind

May be chilled ahead of time for 48 hours

Or keep at room temperature for up to 6 hours prior to serving
