1 French baguette, sliced
4 oz of your favorite jam (fig & peach are both lovely
8 oz Camembert, softened and sliced
fresh thyme, chervil or tarragon, minced
Cooking Directions

Slice the bread. Slather with jam. Top with cheese. Sprinkle with herbs
